We pick and pack orders Monday to Friday and will usually ship the same day if an order is placed by 11am on Mondays and noon/12pm on the other weekdays. We cannot guarantee that we will always get dropship orders out on the same day as they are 

Mondays are our busiest day, we recommend that you get the orders in as early as possible. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once and order has been sent by us but you can also monitor your orders from the 'Order History' section of your account.

Our dropship service is only to send your products direct to consumer. If a dropship order arrives for a large quantity of products to be sent to one address it will automatically default to a 'trade' service. For lead times on our trade orders please click here.
