We aim to dispatch trade orders in 4-5 working days. When processing orders a working day is counted as those received before 9am Monday - Friday and exclusive of Bank Holidays.

These time frames are a guide and it will be dependant on how busy we are - sometimes it is much quicker but occasionally it can be longer. At certain periods in the year there can be a much higher demand, for example after Bank Holidays when we are closed, this can particularly impact over Christmas and Easter, also September and January being times when many people return from holidays and put in larger orders than usual. 

Orders are processed first in first out, we are unfortunately unable to move orders forward/ahead of others for reasons such as being out of stock or urgent demands from your customers. On occasions where additional orders are made with the request to pack multiple orders together we will facilitate wherever possible but latter orders will not be brought forward for this purpose. 

We are proud to offer dispatch times that are among the fastest in the industry, ensuring your orders reach you quickly and efficiently. We would however also urge you to plan ahead where possible, as your business grows your own stock management processes will develop ensuring that you have the stock that you need.
