Yes you can supply designs created using AI, but you will however need to purchase a design package. We will recreate/make a professional editable version of this for your branded supplement range. You will need to purchase a Premium Design package for this service.

Why an AI-generated label can’t be edited or changed to add the product information?

An AI-generated image or label is not a real design file in the traditional sense. It is essentially a single, flattened image, similar to a photograph.

This means:

• The text is not real, editable text - we can't change product information and ingredients etc
• The background is not a separate layer, a designer needs to be able to move and change multiple layers
• Fonts are not editable or identifiable 
• Visual effects (such as shadows, gradients, and textures) are baked into the image again each needed as a layer
• Individual elements cannot be clicked, selected, or adjusted

As a result, the design cannot be edited in the way we need to produce completed food supplement labels ready to print.

AI is amazing and it is sometimes difficult to understand why we can't print the label and apply it to your product - (Sorry if we are stating the obvious) - a simple way to think about this is the following:

If you take a photograph of a dirty, muddy car and ask AI to “clean it”, AI can generate a perfect image of that car looking beautifully clean. But it is still only an image. The car itself hasn’t been cleaned. To actually clean the car, you still need water, soap, and physical labour.

AI-generated labels work in the same way. AI can create a picture of a finished label, but to make it editable, printable, and suitable for production, the design must be rebuilt manually, recreating the background, text, fonts, and effects as proper design elements. We use Photoshop for our designs, both this and Illustrator would be our recommended platforms.
