Label Approval – Final Food Safety & Quality Check
Label approval on your Nutribl account is the final food safety and quality control step before your product proceeds to print and production. This approval confirms that the correct label artwork is applied to the correct product.
While the primary purpose of this step is to ensure food safety, traceability, and regulatory accuracy, our system also allows you to review the full label artwork, including product information and design elements.
By approving a label, you are confirming that all details are correct at the time of order, including but not limited to:
- Product name and descriptions
- Branding and design elements
- Ingredients and regulatory text
- Barcodes
- Company names and addresses
If you choose to make any changes at any stage — whether to names, descriptions, branding, layout, barcodes, or addresses — it is your responsibility to ensure that the updated label artwork is approved before placing your order.
Only the label artwork approved at the time the order is placed will be printed and applied to your products.
Printing Process & Change Control
Due to the nature of our printing and production processes, last-minute changes or updates introduce a significant risk to version control accuracy.
The label artwork held on your account at the time of order is the label that will be printed and applied to your product.
If changes are requested after an order has been processed, we cannot accept responsibility for altering labels that have already been printed or applied to products. Where a change is required, we are able to print and supply updated labels separately; however, we cannot remove or replace labels already applied to finished or in-process products.
This process is essential to protect food safety, traceability, and quality assurance, and to prevent errors arising from late-stage amendments.
