2. Access the Print Function:

If you're in a web browser or specific programs like Word or Adobe Reader, you can usually find the "Print" option in the menu (often represented with a printer icon). Alternatively, press `Ctrl` + `P` on your keyboard to bring up the print dialogue box.

3. Select the Printer:

    - In the Print dialogue, locate the "Printer" or "Select Printer" section.

    - Click on the dropdown menu that shows your current printer selection.

4. Choose 'Microsoft Print to PDF':

    - In the dropdown menu, you should see an option called "Microsoft Print to PDF" or similar. Select this option instead of an actual printer.

5. Print:

    - Click on "Print" or "OK" to proceed. This won’t print the document; instead, it will convert your receipt into a PDF.

6. Save the PDF:

    - After you hit "Print," a 'Save As' dialogue will pop up, prompting you to choose a location to save your PDF file.

    - Choose your desired location (like your desktop or a specific folder), give the file a name, and then click 'Save.'
