We only trade outside of UK delivery on an 'ex-works' basis. This means that the responsibility for shipment, export and import sits with the purchasing party - this includes confirming commodity codes (though we do provide them on invoice) and any other associated customs documentation.

If you are considering exporting our products overseas you should first ensure that you will be able to clear the goods  through customs and can provide necessary documentation to do so. We can provide a commercial invoice and and a product certificate with batch details if required. Other documentation you might need includes (but is not limited to):

  • Certificate of Free Sale
  • Export Health Certificate (for foods of animal origin)
  • Certificate of Analysis for each product batch (we can supply on request)

Information on the first 2 of these can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/export-food-and-agricultural-products-special-rules

When placing an order you should choose shipping method 'FBA or Self Organised Courier'. You will be charged a small pick and pack fee but will not be charged for the actual shipping handler as the courier will be organised and paid for directly by you.

Our fulfilment team will pick and pack your order and when it is ready will send details of the shipment to allow you to organise your collection. Once the goods are collected from us ownership passes to the buyer and all responsibility for goods in transit lies with the buying party at that stage.
