We ship orders by the shipping method selected with the order. If this is a tracked service then there will be tracking - this will be emailed to you in the shipment confirmation and should also be available within your online account order history.

Please note - all of our shipping methods have the letters 'TR' written after them. This is an internal reference and does not indicate tracking.

If dropshipping unless it is a high value order we would recommend just using a standard mail service such as Royal Mail 1st class. Most of our stock formulas are in letterbox friendly packaging and it is generally more efficient to the receiver to receive their orders through the letterbox.
