If you want to send products to FBA the best way to do it is to select the FBA/Self Organised courier shipping option during checkout of your order. When you do this our fulfilment staff will automatically pick and pack the order and then email you the weight / dimensions of the package.

When you get this email you can set up a shipment from within your FBA account using the FBA preferred courier (UPS). Email the shipping label to myorder@troohealthcare.com and once we confirm receipt of the label you can arrange for collection from our depot. The UPS courier usually collects from us around noon so if you miss that deadline for that day then collection will have to be next working day. Collection can be made from:

PLEASE NOTE: after you have supplied us with the UPS shipping label you will need to contact UPS to arrange for them to collect from us. UPS visit us regularly but not every day so if you want a collection you should ask them to come just in case. They usually collect from us around noon Monday to Friday.

If you prefer there is a second way for us to send stock to FBA - using our regular courier which is DPD. Please note - you should NOT select 'FBA/Self Organised Courier' option when doing it this way. You will need to select one of the courier options available and we will ship the order using our own courier. You will also need to make sure you submit a support ticket IMMEDIATELY after order to let our fulfilment team know that the order is to go to FBA as we will still need an FBA shipping label from you for the outer box. Select Type 'Business to Business Trade Query' when submitting your support ticket.
